Our Terms

We now accept VISA and MASTERCARD.  We accept personal checks, bank checks, money orders and wire transfers as payment in advance of shipment. We will also ship COD. Customers wishing to establish an open account must complete an application and provide credit references.

TERMS:
All Prices per Item, Size, Color and Destination. F.O.B. Rome, N.Y. Terms for qualifying customers are net 30 days. Finance charge on unpaid balance is 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum). New York State residents - please include your sales tax number when ordering.

PACKAGING:
All Items are bulk packed. There is a 20% extra charge for other than multiples of 5,000 pieces. Large size exceptions: There will be no extra charge for 12/0, 9/0, 8/0 and 6/0 Swivels and 6/0 and 8/0 Three Way Swivels and 6/0-37 Snap Swivels bought in multiples of 500 pieces. Also no extra charge for 36 and 37 Coastlock Snaps, Size 75 or 100 Split rings, 4/0 Swivels, 4/0 and 2/0 Snap Swivels bought in multiples of 1,000 pieces. All imported items, multiples of 7 or 25 gross as specified.

RETURNED ITEMS:
Returned items are not accepted without prior permission. There is a 20% handling charge for returned items. Special customer items are not returnable unless defective. Product replacements will not be shipped until returned merchandise is received in Rome, N.Y. We will not accept returns after one year.

All items sold by Rome Specialty Company, Inc. were designed only for use as fishing tackle.
