TERMS:
All Prices are per Item, Size, Color and Destination. All orders shipped F.O.B. Rome, New York. A finance charge of 1 1/2% is charged on unpaid balances. New York State residents please include sales tax number when ordering or NYS tax will apply. Please Note: VISA, DISCOVER AND MASTERCARD ARE ACCEPTED.
PACKAGING:
All Items are bulk packed and weight counted accurate to within +/-2%. There is a 20% extra charge for other than multiples of 5,000 pieces. Large size exceptions: There will be no extra charge for 12/0, 9/0, 8/0 and 6/0 Swivels and 6/0 and 8/0 Three Way Swivels and 6/0-37 Snap Swivels bought in multiples of 500 pieces. Also no extra charge for 36 and 37 Coastlock Snaps, Size 100 Split rings, 4/0 Swivels, 4/0 and 2/0 Snap Swivels bought in multiples of 1,000 pieces. The minimum quantity for all imported items is 5 gross.
SAMPLES:
Commercial businesses only may receive up to 12 samples.
ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
All payments must be made in U.S. funds. All orders are automatically shipped fully insured, F.O.B. Rome, N.Y. If you do not want your items insured, you must let us know in writing, in advance.
RETURNED ITEMS:
Returned items are not accepted without prior permission and there is a 20% handling charge. Special order items are not returnable unless defective. Returned merchandise must be received in Rome, NY, before replacements are shipped. We may not accept returns after one year.
IMPORTED ITEMS:
We try to maintain reliable sources for our imported items and we test them periodically. However, since these products are shipped to you exactly as we receive them, we cannot be responsible for their quality.
EXCISE TAX:
A 10% Federal Excise Tax is applied to all items subject to excise tax. Tax must be paid by the customer unless proof of exemption from IRS is provided.
MINIMUM ORDER: $25.00
